CAT A & CAT B WORKS

We primarily offer design and fit-out works for Cat B office fit-outs; these are for new tenants looking to move into a blank space who require a full workspace design package. We also design, specify and fit-out Cat A works for landlords and tenants looking to move office and for those who require dilapidation works.

CAT A

A Category A (Cat A) fit-out provides a foundational level of finishing for office spaces, encompassing raised floors, suspended ceilings, and essential mechanical and electrical services. It's typically required when a landlord prepares to lease an office space, either to upgrade the available area or when a tenant relocates and needs to restore the space to its original specifications.

CAT B

A Category B (Cat B) fit-out caters to clients occupying a new or refurbishing an existing office space. These works focus on character-driven solutions, allowing clients the flexibility to customize spaces to align with their company's brand. Cat B works encompass the installation of necessary audio-visual equipment and fulfilling the electrical, data, and IT needs of the space.
