This workplace concept responds to those shifts, with a layout designed to encourage collaboration, quiet focus and casual connection all under one roof.
The design swaps traditional rows of desks for softer, more agile zones. Underused areas are reimagined as breakout spaces and flexible settings that can shift with the day.
Focus areas are grounded in muted tones and acoustic treatments to help maintain concentration, while more social spaces feature energising colours and open layouts that invite conversation and movement. It’s about offering choice, without sacrificing flow.
