The TeamViewer Suite

TeamViewer, a global leader in remote connectivity and official partner of Manchester United, asked us to reimagine their hospitality suite as a modern showcase for their technology and a welcoming space for guests on matchday.

Where technology meets matchday

In summer 2024, Layrd partnered with Freemont Building Services to redesign the TeamViewer Suite at Old Trafford, a space that needed to bring together innovation, functionality and brand identity, all within the context of a world-famous football club.

The existing space lacked energy and presence. Our goal was to create, not just a room, but an experience where TeamViewer could demo its VR headsets, host guests and reinforce its partnership with the club in a way that felt sleek, immersive and on-brand.

The result is a space that balances clean design with strong messaging, offering both function and atmosphere.

A space designed to show up and stand out

The TeamViewer Suite synthesises hospitality and high-tech in one space. It’s bold, branded and built to perform whether it’s matchday or a moment to showcase a product.

The design is sharp and purposeful. We created a bespoke demo display for the VR headsets, featuring circular cut-outs that echo the shape of an eye, focusing attention on the central screen.

TeamViewer’s signature blue and white palette runs throughout the space, alongside bold wall graphics and crisp finishes. Pendant lights add warmth above the table, while custom wardrobes provide smart storage and keep the suite clutter-free for a seamless guest experience.

The timeline for this project was very tight so we had to ensure we nailed the design brief straight away. This allowed us to get the project installed in time to meet the deadline, ready for the new Premier League season
