The Layrd Studio

In late 2022 we upsized our studio within the Cambridge Innovation Park, Waterbeach. We now have a space that allows us to work in different ways, at sit-stand desks, around a collaboration table or in an acoustic seat.

The studio is a showcase of sustainability and wellbeing, we have used natural toned low VOC paints throughout and have complemented these with timber textures and biophilic elements throughout.
​
The coffee bar allow us to host guests for meetings, workshops and events in a professional setting, but also allows the Layrd team to get away from work and have a space to socialise.

We have been mindful to make environmentally responsible choices throughout, using natural and sustainable materials wherever possible, including Shaw Contract flooring throughout the space and low VOC COAT Paints. We also used local trades and suppliers to lower the carbon footprint of the project.
