INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD
We offer an onsite fit-out and project management service for our design schemes.
This allows the client to have one point of contact at Layrd Design who will liaise with and manage our onsite team to make sure the scheme is implemented on time and to the highest level of detail.
We keep a detailed track of the budget and changes on site are discussed with the client immediately to keep complete clarity throughout the project.
01. DESIGN BRIEF
Initial meeting to talk through the project brief and understand your needs. This discussion will allow the design team to address key requirements for your project from the very beginning.
02. CONCEPT DESIGN
Working with your brief from initial discussions to build the concept of the project. This will be presented in the form of sketches, layout plans, images, basic visuals.
03. DEVELOPED DESIGN
Agreed concept design is developed into working drawings. These become the basis for on-site meetings with contractors, and discussions with manufacturers, to produce a finished design.
Using your finished design, a full and detailed costing package will be curated. Here, you can read and review the breakdown of all costings, providing an opportunity to address any concerns before work begins.
A schedule of works is produced to accurately forecast day-to-day operations on-site.
In addition, a Health, Safety and Environment document is created for the onsite team to adhere too.
In alignment with the agreed design specification and works programme, all orders are placed.
Delivery and installation will work alongside the fit out schedule.
We will implement the full design scheme, working alongside various
trades to achieve the highest quality finish. Progress meetings will be
scheduled throughout the fit-out,
where you can track project developments.
07. PROJECT HANDOVER
Layrd Design will conduct a review of the completed works and only when our exacting standards are met, will the project be signed over to you.
