At Layrd Design we offer full interior design and project management services for the Professional Sports industry.
We always have the users of the space in mind when designing hospitality spaces and ensure the journey of the customer meets the clubs expectations. We create initial concept designs which are discussed and modified with the client before developing the scheme and any bespoke aspects. Key elements include; flooring, colour schemes, lighting design, reception area, user experience and staff service mapping.
Creating an engaging and motivating interior space can have a huge effect on the user of the space and really enhance their entire experience of the venue, the hospitality areas are key to showcasing the culture and values of the club.

Fit-out and Onsite Construction Works
Alongside developing the interior layouts and aesthetics of the space, Layrd Design can also undertake the onsite construction and fit-out works. We work closely with our onsite team to carefully project manage the works and ensure everything is installed on time and in-budget, whilst maintaining the highest level of finish.

We work with an array of trades to complete all aspects of the works.
This includes; Flooring, Lighting, Electrics, Plumbing, Audio & Visual, Decoration and Construction.

CONSULTATION
Free initial consultation to discuss your requirements and early ideas. Following this discussion, a proposal will be drawn up for your consideration.
DESIGN
Our design team will work on space planning your office and develop a concept and client driven scheme. We produce sketch ideas, CAD drawing packs and 3D Renders of the space.
BUILD/FIT-OUT
We work closely with a professional Interior Fit-Out contractor who has over 20 years of onsite experience. By using trusted tradesmen we can guarantee a quality finish for your scheme.
PROJECT MANAGMENT
Layrd Design offer an onsite project management service to ensure the programme is running on time, on budget and to meet your exacting standards. Delivery and installation of all goods is closely monitored throughout.
FUTURE PROOFING YOUR SPACE
We also understand that future proofing is key for our clients. Our aim is to incorporate the latest technology, whilst making informed decisions regarding scheme specification, to limit future expense.
