We delivered full interior design, fit-out and furniture supply for this office space on Station Road in Cambridge, working closely with the Cogentia team to create a workspace that felt both practical and personal. Every decision was made to support the way the team works, while reflecting the brand's identity throughout.
Hints of red are woven throughout the space as a subtle but consistent link to the Cogentia brand. From furniture accents to material finishes, these touches create a sense of visual identity without overwhelming the environment - red is pretty bold, you don't want to over do it!
The approach strikes an important balance, bold enough to make the brand feel present, but restrained enough to maintain a fresh, focused and professional atmosphere.
We introduced a café-style feel to the breakout area by adding tiled walls and a bespoke LED lightbox. A fitted banquette and table setup creates a social yet practical zone for informal meetings, quick chats or quiet lunch breaks.
The open-plan workspace is fitted with sit-stand desks to support staff wellbeing and improve day-to-day comfort. A single-person and two-person meeting pod were added to give teams soundproofed spaces for virtual calls and one-to-one conversations.
Brand-led, considered and comfortable, this is a workspace built for how the Cogentia team actually works. Every element is there to support wellbeing, flexibility and connection.
We installed new wood-effect vinyl flooring in all breakout areas, upgraded lighting and electrics, and added a boiling and chilled water tap for added day-to-day ease. Full decoration and new furniture were fitted throughout, tying the space together in a way that feels fresh, functional and cohesive.
