01. DESIGN BRIEF
Initial meeting to talk through the project brief and understand your needs. This discussion will allow the design team to address key requirements for your project from the very beginning.
02. SITE SURVEY
Full detailed survey of the site will be completed by our team.
This could include detailed floor plans and elevations, in order to generate accurate designs.
03. CONCEPT DESIGN
Working with your brief from initial discussions to build the concept of the project. This will be presented in the form of sketches, layout plans, images, basic visuals.
04. DEVELOPED DESIGN
Agreed concept design is developed into working drawings. These detail the electrical layout, lighting positions, mechanical layout, HVAC, flooring areas etc. Visuals will be developed to demonstrate the space and potential finishes.
05. VISUALS & FINISHES
Alongside design development, finer details are agreed.
Your colour schemes and material finishes are chosen, and all furniture and lighting specified.
06. DESIGN HANDOVER
A full and complete design and finishes pack is handed over to you.
