Guyatt House

Guyatt House is a provider of residential, supported living and community services for all adults with support needs. Based at Cambridge Innovation Park, Guyatt House offer outstanding care, committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential.  

The existing office required updating and Layrd Design were approached to create a welcoming and functional space to efficiently meet the clients needs.

Using a neutral inspired palette, the layout consists of a bright open plan work area with a breakout zone and tea point to cater for both refreshments and socialisation. A key feature of the design is a repurposed, reupholstred booth, providing privacy and reduced noise distractions for the users. The design includes 'official' desk spaces for 7 employees. ​
